
The purpose of the International Ryan Club is to maintain records as completely as possible of all pre-WWII Ryan aircraft to the extent of their fly-ability, location, owners and disposition.
Also maintained are records locating parts throughout the world, a master photo file and files on authorized modifications as well as Ryan-related memorabilia.

The National Ryan Club was organized in 1960 by Ev Cassagneres of Cheshire, CT,
and the ST-3KR Division by Bill Hodges, then of Quinlan, TX, in 1963,
and at that time it was affiliated with the Antique Airplane Association.
The club later associated with the Experimental Aircraft Association and has since become independent as a single unit with Bill Hodges as Chairman until July 1991.
Norm Gaar of Overland Park, KS, served as Chairman through May 8, 1993, followed by Steve Freeman of Memphis, TN, 1993-2004.
Paul Bretanus of Deer Park, TX, is the current President.
In August 2000, the name was changed to the International Ryan Club.
