ryanclub
I am looking for someone who has a Ryan PT-22 who is willing to place their plane on static display at the Kingman Air and Auto show in Kingman, Arizona. I am on the Kingman Air/Auto show committee. The air show will be held Oct. 1st and 2nd of this year at the Kingman Airport. Kingman was once a WWII bomber training base. The airport is approximately 100 miles southwest of Las Vegas on the old Route 66 highway. We can offer a hotel room and pay for fuel as well as attendance at the air show. This year we expect to have flying displays with an A-10, P-38, B-26, and T-28 as well as other planes and aerobatic acts. Attendance is about 8000 people. There is also an associated auto show that involves displays and drag races. If you know of anyone who is interested in displaying their aircraft, please let me know. The plane should be in war time markings and in good condition. The website is at www.kingmanairshow.com.
