Paul281
I just got home from the 2005 Antique Aircraft Association Fly-in @ Blakesburg, Iowa. This event is held for a week around the Labor Day Holiday. Several members and aircraft were in attendence: Ryan PT-22 N56026 Paul Bretanus IRC908 Deer Park, Tx. Ryan PT-22 N47012 Bob Williams IRC297 Kansas City, Mo. Ryan PT-22 N48606 Ken Burnham IRC059 Carr, Co. Ryan SC-W N18914 Russ Williams IRC907 Issaquah, Wa. Jim & Wilma Miller IRC872 Kansas City, Mo. Mike Wilson IRC092 Cedar Rapids, Ia. Cessna 185 N93281 Reb Stimson IRC404 Fort Worth, Tx. The event was blessed with great weather and a large turnout despite high fuel prices. My trip from Houston and back took 16.6 hours and averaged 101 mph. The Kinner never missed a beat and I added 1 quart of oil. I highly recommend this event!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. If I missed anyone else from the Ryan Club, please let me know. Paul Bretanus President International Ryan Club
