It will be The Primary Trainer Fly In At Cable as they have also invited the Stearman Goup as well as others. Here is what I know; Hotels, Claremount Double Tree, 555 West Foothill Blvd., Claremount, CA 91711 800-222-TREE They are ready to make reservations under "PT Fly-in", Rooms @ 109+, No Transportation. Sept. 17 (10 rooms) Sept 18-19 (20 Rooms). Ontario Airport Best Western, 209 N. Vinard Ave., Ontario CA 91764 909 937-6800. Make reservations with Gilbert Lopez, GM gilbertlopez65@earthlink.net. Ask for the "PT Fly-in" rate, 79.00+ includes free breakfest and one 9 passenger van from hotel to Cable airport and return each day. All rooms have just been updated, flat screen, reefer, micro, Sept 17, 18, 19. Car Rental Budget 1784 West Foothill Blvd., Upland 909 932-0098 Rates varies, but mention "CABLE AIRPORT" and a discount will apply. Cars can be left at Cable on Sunday, full of gas and will be P/U on Monday Enterprise, close to CABLE Airport, 1690 W Foothill Bivd, Upland, CA 909 920-3635. No special rates, car must be P/U before 1:00PM on Saturday and returned on Monday. Same deal....full of gas keys left with Terry or Bev for P/U on Monday. It would be GREAT to get an early head count on who is to attend. This is realy a lot of work, so do your part and communicate so we can make this as pain free as possible for all involved.
